Running Log

This is the page you input the each jogging / running record, and your daily physical info (Body condition) .
You can enter the data of any date by clicking the calender on the left hand side of the page. Default date is today. (The time is based on the server in Florida, it may not syncronized to you local time.)

Top part of the page is for the body condition where you input your weight, feeling, injury, and memo about your health / injury.
Click SAVE button after entering them, you can edit the record by clicking EDIT button, or delete the record by clicking DELETE

Lower part of the page is for joggin / running record.
Only Category and Route info are necessary to make a record, but entering other info will help you to refer / analyze your training from many various point of view in Log Stats page
Route names will be taken from your Route Library to make it easy for you to enter the data, distance will be automatically entered too.
You can also enter the lap numbers, the distance will be automatically calculated. You still can change the distance.
If your run's route is not in your Route Library, you can type in the name of the route.

Click SAVE button after you finished entering the info. You will see the saved data (with green text color). You can edit it by clicking EDIT button, and delete it by DELETE button.

Also clicking Jog Calc button shows you the speed, duration, calories burnt on the run at Jog Calculator located on the left hand side of the page.
Jog Calculator is a handy tool to calculate your jogging / running info when you are entering the memo with lap times. You can use it at any time.
Clicking Add a Log button adds an blank data sheed under the saved info. You can use it if you do more than 2 runs in a day or one run combining more than 2 routes.

You can edit the options of Category, Feeling, and Strrength of your training as you like.
This makes the logging very flaxible and suitable to your preference.

Your shoes info will be taken from your My Shoes library. Entering this data will add the milage on your shoes for you to know the total distance you ran with the pair.
It makes easier for you to decide the proper time to buy new pair.
