Your top (default) page of this site shows your basic data like: physical condition, recent jog / run distance, duration, best times, number of days till next race you entered, weight history etc..
You can design your own jogging route / course using Google map anywhere in the world. Mileage display is available in both km and mi.
You can grab and drag, add and delete the anchor points as you design and edit the route.
Also you can choose to use many kinds of course markers.
Once you complete designing your jogging route, you can save it to your route library where you can see the list of your routes, or show the route to friends, or edit it.
This data will be used in the Running Log to make it easy for you to enter a new record of the run.
You can enter the record of your jogging / running of the day to the data base. This data will be essential for you to analyze your training in many kinds of statistics
Based on the data you entered in Running Log page, you can analyze them in many ways. 30 days glance, Calender view, Search for screening and sorting, bar graphs and weight line graphs.
Your data also will be available in RSS feed and CSV file format for your own archive.
You can keep your shoes condition data too. The distance you ran with the pair will be accumulated to their data in order for you to know when to finish using the pair and buy new ones.
You can use the route design function without register, and you can keep the route data and start to record your daily jog by logging in.
